The Drive alteration

This was an extensive alteration project of a 1970’s architecturally designed house in Epsom. The bones of the house were excellent, however the clients desired the house to be upgraded and modernized to reflect the needs of modern lifestyles without compromising the original character of the house.

The brief involved opening up of the interior space, new kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen dining and living spaces were converted to a single open plan space with large bi-folding doors connecting the new volume to the out door living area.
