Taharoto Road

This project was a significant alteration of an existing single level Spanish colonial style office building. The project involved the modernization of the entire complex including an additional office floor of approximately 240 square meters.

The design of the office building gives a range of flexible office tenancies and sizes, and also minimizes mechanical servicing through the use of natural ventilation and passive solar design.

The Architectural language is a modern reference to the historic industrial fringe character of the area.
