Shoal Haven Apartments

Shoal Haven Apartments consists of 134 apartments on an ex quarry and land fill site. The built form utilizes extensive views to the south over shoal bay and the city beyond. To the north the apartments orientate around a central landscaped podium.

The difficulty of the construction of the project, including extensive 25 meter deep piling and contamination issues, determined that the project would need to be economic in form and simple in execution.
