Omaha Golf Villas Omaha Golf Villas was to be 20 holiday house orientated terrace houses backing onto the Omaha Golf Course. The design was to maximize the views both over the golf course and also Omaha Bay which have separate orientations. To do this the living levels were placed on the upper level with garaging and bedrooms below. Decks are located front and rear, with additional landscaped courtyards at ground level. The project gained resource consent and went to market but was not realized in this form.
