Oceania Apartments

Oceania Apartments is a high quality apartment building situated in central Milford. Fourteen apartments occupy three levels of building located on a site between main road commercial activities and residential properties to the north.

The architectural solution was based on creating a buffer between the commercial to the South and creating a connection to the residential character of Frieston Road. Circulation is created through a landscaped semi-closed atrium to the south of the property providing a physical and visual separation from the commercial activity. This design solution gives light on both sides of the apartments with natural cross ventilation to all bedrooms and living spaces.

The upper floors of the development offer significant views out over the Hauraki Gulf and a communal garden and outdoor space is overlooked and accessed from all of the apartments.
