Lake Road, Takapuna

This project was for the conversion of an existing residential property to commercial use for Maddison Group. The project involved a complicated consent process and its design involved the use of heritage elements and references that were felt to be appropriate to it’s positioning within a context and streetscape.

The property remains largely unchanged over the fifteen years since the transformation of the property.
