Kerikeri sports pavilion

Francis group architects were able to apply their experience in community sports facilities to help redesign an existing concept as part of a limited design competition and tender process.

The work was completed in conjunction with a project team including a short listed northland architectural team and their nominated contractor.

Our roll in the project was design, layout and graphic presentations for submission for the project which succeeded through the selection process. We were able to apply much of the logic that was developed through the Victor Eaves Park project. The design of the facility is strong in design, easily staged and economic in its form. Particular attention was paid to simplicity and durability without compromising the quality of design, legibility, and the quality and function of the spaces created.
