Huron Street Apartments

Francis Group Architects scope of this project was the initial design, resource consent and marketing of project for general sale. The project is located on an ex quarry site and as such the ground level of the site was some six meters below road level. The consent process involved a complicated notified resource consent that initially involved providing car parking for another site.
