of the designis sophisticated and contemporary whilst maintaining a timeless appeal.

The house maximizes the potential of
the very narrow site, maintaining privacy to and from the neighboring properties. The house focuses on the indoor-outdoor relationship on all levels, using void space and terraces to give the site generous spaciousness.

The four bedroom house incorporates living areas on the upper level and a
roof deck to afford vistas of the upper Waitamata Harbor as well as the
Auckland Harbor Bridge.
