Habitat

This project was developed on disused site with difficult site conditions. The resource consent process was highly involved and complicated process.

This project was done for a well-known property development company and represents a balance between
maximizing land use and the desire to create quality private living environments for the terrace house owners and occupants.

There are a total of 19 terrace houses
that overlook parkland and the Barry’s Point Road Estuary.
