12 contemporary terrace houses near the heart of Takapuna central business district, close to Hurstmere road and Takapuna Beach. The project involved the amalgamation of three Housing New Zealand properties and the redevelopment into high quality two and three level Terrace Houses all with courtyard living spaces.

The design utilizes traditional materials in a contemporary form giving a sophisticated crisp aesthetic that is relevant to the character of the surrounding residential and commercial contexts.
