Bracken Avenue 10 terrace houses over looking Barry’s Point Road Estuary and beyond towards Auckland City and the Harbor bridge. This project was done for a property development client and represents a balance between maximizing land use and the desire to create quality private living environments for the terrace house owners and occupants.
