Number 1 Teed Street

Number 1 teed street took the form of a boutique three level commercial redevelopment of a site near the corner of Teed Street and Broadway.

The building was designed to have retail on the ground floor, a restaurant with out door dining on the first floor with an office floor above. The established restaurant which previously occupied the ground floor of the site was temporarily relocated during construction.

The building as it exists has been altered several times during its lifetime to provide additional retail space at ground level and to establish a roof top apartment on top of an existing historic building (c.1910) on the corner of Broadway and Teed Street. The apartment is accessed via the level two lobby of the new building.
