Number 15 Shea Terrace

15 Shea Terrace follows on from the development of 17 Shea Terrace, and as such utilizes much of the materiality and architectural form of the smaller neighboring building. The immediate occupancy demand for their neighboring building increased the confidence of Quadrant Properties and gave scope for a larger building with a slightly more contemporary architectural articulation.

The building itself is three levels of commercial space, including a café, medical and other general office use. There are two levels of car parking below ground with visitor parking at the front of the building. Generous decks are provided to the upper level office space overlooking the lake.

Both 15 and 17 Shea Terrace utilize an open central foyer design that seeks to increase the use of the central stair, and minimize the use of the lifts.
